1. Cancellation of Services
- Clients can cancel a service or project at any time prior to project commencement.
- To initiate a cancellation, clients must submit a written request via email or through our designated communication channels.
2. Cancellation Notice
- For cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date of the project, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days before the scheduled start date, a refund of 50% of the total project fee will be issued.
- Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Client-Initiated Cancellations Post-Commencement
- Once the project has commenced, if a client chooses to cancel, they will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the cancellation date. This amount will be calculated based on the project milestones or hourly rates as previously discussed.
- Refunds for any unutilized services will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
4. Thinksprout Infotech-Initiated Cancellations
- Thinksprout Infotech reserves the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances or if client behavior is deemed inappropriate or violates our terms of service. In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.
5. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy
- Thinksprout Infotech reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing. The updated policy will be effective from the date specified in the communication.
